Job Description
You will be responsible for the management of commercial
inventories including safe custody of inventory, dealers order management,
efficient inventory operations and compliance to internal Standards Operation
Procedures (SOP).
Key
Responsibilities:
• Order, receive, store, and dispatch inventories to dealers
or other authorized personnel in accordance to internal SOP
• Stock Reconciliation between physical stock and stock
management system.
• Prepare and share stock movements reports in the
respective location
• Ensure physical safety of stock items at respective stock
point.
• Compliance to the internal SOP for safety of facility and
equipment as well as general maintenance.
• Execute 100% compliance to company policies and procedures
in regards to stock keeping management and issuance procedures.
Position
Requirements
• University degree in Logistics, Procurement and supply
chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, and other related field.
• Proven work experience in procurement, Logistics, finance
or in related area.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team.
• Fluent in English and Swahili language.
