Description
Milvik Tanzania Ltd are looking for sales
agents who are energetic, motivated and excited to help grow a small business
further. Their main role will be to call potential customers to first educate,
and then to sell Tigo BIMA insurance products. Key to this is both the volume
of calls made, and a polite and consistent sales approach that will be supported
through training and on the job coaching. Excellent English is preferred and as
agents sell more, they will receive greater compensation and benefits.
Daily duties of Sales agents:
> Arrive on time and observe good time
management;
> Call and sell our product to Tigo
customers daily;
> Meet weekly sales targets;
> Flag performance + productivity
challenges to team captain
> Note call response and call back if
requested;
> Attend training and quizzes when required
to improve performance.

Description
Milvik Tanzania Ltd are looking for a dynamic
call centre supervisor to motivate and improve our call centre team. The
candidate should be eager to learn push our sales team to achieve high performance.
The individual should have a hands on approach
to working with sales agents and team captains to identify barriers and
enablers to good performance, and the initiative to put ideas and training into
practice.
The call centre manager will work with the
Business Unit Leader to:
> Oversee daily morning meetings, daily
routine and Saturday call centre;
> Track individual and team performance in
line with targets;
> Hand out verbal and written warnings for
performance, behavior and absenteeism;
> Make bonus and reward recommendations;
> Identify areas for agents to improve,
develop training material with the sales manager and carry out training with
teams to improve performance;
