young graduate interested in generating your own income and becoming
self employed by tapping into the opportunities in agriculture?
• Are you
interested in learning how to explore these opportunities in
Agriculture, learning modern farming methods and processing of
agricultural produce into high value and marketable products that will
make you a lot of money?
• Are you
willing to be part of finding solutions to the problem of high levels of
youth unemployment tin sub-Saharan Africa and in Tanzania and
contribute to the economic development of this country?
If yes, you are the person we are looking for.
Who are we? We are a committed group of young graduate engaging in
various agribusinesses in the country with support from the
International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) to create jobs,
incomes and to become self-reliance. Some of the agribusinesses were
are conducing after receiving training from researchers at IITA and
partnering institutions, both in and out of the country, include
processing and marketing of High Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF), soy milk
and yoghurt processing (using soy-cow machine), weed management (using
herbicides), modern tomato production (in screen house), and the use of
modern techniques (zerofly and PICS bags) for storage of maize.

Locations: Dar es Salaam but with some travel to upcountry
Qualifications
• Must be graduate or diploma holder from any field of study
• Speak fluent English and swahili
• Age limit 18-30 years old
• Computer skills
• Self motivation
• Innovative
