Position: Assistant Production Manager Plastics

1. JOB OBJECTIVE
To organize and coordinate the available
Manpower, Machineries and Materials (Raw and Packaging) to produce High Quality
products at reasonably low costs.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
> Ensure volume target are met as per daily
production plan (provided by Product Manager).
> Ensure that, sufficient Raw and Packaging
materials are available for production.
> Ensure the machines are in good working
condition.
> Ensure that, Quality and standards are met
and workers are aware of it.
> Analyze achievement of daily production
and prepare report.
> Ensure hygiene of the factory is taken
care (GMP and GHP).
3. CONTROLS AND CHECKS
> Work is checked daily by the Plant
Manager
> Achieved volume against targets is
checked
> Quality of the products, proper packaging
including labeling
> Achieved KPI’s are in the range
(rejections%, man hour/case, machine efficiency)
> Daily and monthly production reports
submitted detailing total production, rejections, man hour/case and machine efficiency
4. EDUCATION
> Bachelor of Science degree or mechanical
engineering degree
5. EXPERIENCE
> Minimum 3 years experience in production
industry especially Plastic
6. SKILLS AND ABILITIES
> Occupational Health, safety and
Environmental management skills.
> Computer literate
> Management and leadership skills
