Assistant Lecturers , Centre for Foreign Relations(CFR)

The Center for Foreign Relations (CFR), Dar es Salaam, invites applications from suitably qualified Tanzanians to fill the following positions:

Assistant Lecture in Portuguese Language - (One Position)
Qualifications:
Applicants must be holders of a Master's Degree specialized in Portuguese Language from a recognized Higher learning institution plus a Bachelors Degree specialized in Portuguese Language with overall GPA of 3.5 or above.

Successful candidates for all the above positions will be
expected to:
(i). Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students;
(ii). Conduct research and publish in their fields of specialization;
J .J(iii) Conduct Seminars
(iv) Provide cozultancy and public services in their fields of specialization; and
,. (v). Attend any other duties as may be assigned by the
respective Heads of Department (HOD).

GENERAL REQUIRMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS
• Computer literacy and good command 'of English
Language
• Good interpersonal and Communication Skills

Assistant Lecture in Computer Science - (One Position)
Qualifications:
Applicants must be holders of a Master's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Communication Technology (ICT)/Information Systems Management from a recognized Higher learning institution plus a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with overall GPA of3.5 or above.

Successful candidates for all the above positions will be
expected to:
(i). Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students;
(ii). Conduct research and publish in their fields of specialization;
J .J(iii) Conduct Seminars
(iv) Provide cozultancy and public services in their fields of specialization; and
,. (v). Attend any other duties as may be assigned by the
respective Heads of Department (HOD).
Assistant Lecture in Peace Studies/Conflict Management - One Position
Qualifications:
Applicants must be holders of a Master's Degree in Peace Studies/Conflict Management from a recognized Higher Learning institution plus a Bachelors Degree in Peace Studies/Conflict Management with overall GP A of 3.5 or above.

Successful candidates for all the above positions will be
expected to:
(i). Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students;
(ii). Conduct research and publish in their fields of specialization;
J .J(iii) Conduct Seminars
(iv) Provide cozultancy and public services in their fields of specialization; and

Applicants must be holders of a Master's Degree in Political Science (In International Relations) from a recognized Higher learning Institution plus a Bachelors Degree in Political Science (major in International Relations ) International Relations with overall GP A of 3.5 or above.

Successful candidates for all the above positions will be
expected to:
(i). Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students;
(ii). Conduct research and publish in their fields of specialization;

(iv) Provide cozultancy and public services in their fields of specialization; and
